Due to [changes in Russian administrative law](https://www.rbc.ru/technology_and_media/14/11/2025/691724d39a79473ecbf8361f), public websites are required to ensure user identification upon registration.

## Registration for Russian Federation citizens

Your account data (email or phone number) must be linked to one of the following:

- Gosuslugi (State Services)
- Russian identity provider: VK, Mail.ru, Yandex
- Bank ID (Sber ID, etc.)

Sign-in via Google, GitHub, or Apple ID **is not permitted** for RF citizens without such verification.

## Users outside Russia

All login methods are available to you, including Google, GitHub, email, and others - with no restrictions.
