Welcome
This site is neither a blog nor a collection of tips. It is a working space for structuring the experience of an engineer who has traveled from calculations in Fluent and the finite element method — to building CI/CD pipelines and a culture of reliability in IT.
Here you will find:
-
Analysis of real cases: why protecting your dissertation didn’t work out, how to implement monitoring without management approval, and how to document things that “just work.”
-
Tools: how we use Markdown + Git + Docsify + Discourse to create living, up-to-date, collaborative documentation.- Reflections on Systems: Why multitasking is not a virtue, how AI is changing the work of engineers, and why “human” processes are needed in technical teams.
This is not a book. Yet.
I’m not waiting for the “perfect moment” to launch. Like in DevOps — a working prototype is better than a perfect plan. The texts will be updated, the structure will improve, and some ideas may be discarded.
For whom is this?
-
For engineers tired of “fire drills” and wanting to build resilient systems.
-
For those who believe that documentation is part of the product, not just “bureaucracy.”- For those who understand: automation without processes is a new form of manual labor.
How to interact?
-
Read, comment, argue.

“Successful people don’t write books — they solve problems. But sometimes it’s worth stopping and writing down how you solved them.”
