How to subscribe to something that doesn’t exist yet?
For example, I came across in an article an information block stating that there is currently no fault-tolerant solution for the application component.
How will I know when a solution comes out? Let’s say there’s a subscription function on the page, but is there any guarantee that I will receive a letter announcing this topic?
As the author of such an article, I am aware of this problem. I need to make efforts to ensure that feedback in the form of subscribing to this particular news receives continuation in the form of targeted mailing. Until it’s ready, I need to receive information about the significance of this issue and how many people are waiting for its resolution.
This is a complex task in long texts.

What if there are no mechanisms at all? How to track news? Filter them?
How to let the author know that the reader is waiting? How to make it easy and convenient to control?
