Sign-in via Google, GitHub, Apple ID, and other foreign authentication services is unavailable for users in the Russian Federation unless supplemented with Russian-based verification (e.g., SMS to a Russian number, email+SMS, or other locally compliant methods).
• Users from other countries:
All login methods remain available — including Google, GitHub, and email registration — with no restrictions.
• Age restrictions (Russia only):
— 16+: registration permitted with verbal parental consent
— 14+: registration requires written parental consent (template)
— 0+: reading and listening without registration allowed
