(Russian) How to log in to an account in Russia: requirements and authentication methods

Due to upcoming changes to the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, soon there will be fines for incorrect methods of registration and login on public websites.

In short, on all public internet resources where user registration with personal data is possible, a login button or field must be provided so that the user can be unambiguously identified. Technically, this means either login via SMS code, or via a phone call to the user’s number, or the user’s email (or VK, Yandex account, etc.) must be linked to Gosuslugi or connected to a bank ID (Sber ID, etc.).

:check_box_with_check: I confirm that either I am outside of Russia, or my data (email / phone number) is linked to a Gosuslugi account or a Russian authentication service (IdP: VK, Mail, Yandex, bank IDs, etc.) and I understand that login via Google/GitHub is not permitted for Russian citizens without such linkage

• 16+ with parental verbal consent
• 14+ with written parental consent
• 0+ — reading and listening without registration
